With its perpetually mild climate, its marvelous beaches of fine white sand, the variety of local food and the warm welcome for which the Spanish are renowned, the Costa Blanca makes an ideal first choice for homebuyers and holiday makers.
The Costa Blanca enjoys more than 2,800 hours of sunshine throughout the year and has an average annual temperature of 19.3c, creating the perfect microclimate for year-round living conditions. The high numbers of days with clear skies and sunshine combined with hundreds of kilometres of Mediterranean coastline means that Costa Blanca is the perfect place to take your holidays.

A choice of golden sandy beaches are available within a 20 minute drive (in fact over 20 kilometres of sandy coastline), including Alicante, Postiguet, El Altet, Los Arenales del Sol, Santa Pola etc.
Santa Pola lies on a calm bay and its mild climate combined with the friendly local population make this major fishing port a must see destination. Located in the centre of town is one of the areas most impressive castles and fortresses. There is also a fantastic Roman mosaic together with the remains of a Roman villa.

One of the often undiscovered delights of the Costa Blanca is the city of Elche, situated a 15 minute drive from Alenda. Elche was originally an ancient Roman settlement and approximately half the city's surface is dedicated to palm tree parks, which has now been officially recognised as a world heritage site
Lagos de Alenda is situated in a peaceful location; just 15 minutes drive from the centre of Alicante, the cosmopolitan heart of the Costa Blanca.
Alicante airport can also be reached by motorway in only 15 minutes.
Alenda boasts an excellent 18 hole 72-par golf course, with a friendly clubhouse, tapas bar and restaurant.
How to get there
It's easy! Fly to Alicante airport with one of the many cheap flights ( eg.EasyJet ) then take a taxi from the airport taxi rank at about 20 euros (the ones with the green stripe on the boot) or your hire car.
It's only a 20 mins drive to Alenda Golf which is at the Aspe turn off from the main Alicante to Madrid motorway A31.
You could be in your apartment in perhaps as little as two and a half hours from hopping on the plane!
Directions from airport.
After clearing the parking barrier join the exit road and take the middle lane which will be signposted MURCIA and VALENCIA the road bears left out of the airport, move over to the right hand lane for a short time and then join the A7 via the slip road
Proceed until you see signs for the A7 Murcia and A31 MADRID you must bear right on to the A31 MADRID road proceed forward for a few miles ignore all Alicante signs, you will then see a slip road on your right follow the sign for A31 MADRID which is the left hand lane of the two, the other goes into Alicante, the Madrid turnoff bends round to the right and then joins the A31.
You should now be on the A31 heading for Madrid on the A31 AUTOVIA is heading out of Alicante through Industrial area. You will see coming up on your right a rather big rocky hill / small mountain, just keep on straight for about 10 minutes and on the left hand side of Autovia you will see a big MASA SIGN on your right will be a sign for La Alcorya - keep going up the hill and you will see a big BLACK BULL on your right as you reach top of hill on the right is a sign for ELX / ELCHE take this slip road and look for Alende Golf signs - be sure to keep to the right at the bottom of the slip road passing behind a red filling Station called SAN PASCAL.
This is the entrance road to Alende Golf - proceed up the hill with property on the right and the golf course on the left. Now on your left you will see the apartments
